First Reconciliation and First Eucharist
More than 40 students have prepared for the sacrament of Reconciliation and will make their first confession Saturday, February 24. The services are at 9:00 and 10:30 AM. Please pray for these students and their families.
The required First Eucharist (First Communion) Retreat for students and at least one parent is Sunday, February 25, from 1:30-3:00 PM in the dining room. If you are unable to make it on Sunday, the Make-up Retreat is Thursday, March 1, 6:30-8:00 PM. Please contact Tanya at 839-6834 if you will be attending the Make-up Retreat. Thank you.
Prayers and Teachings
All students should work on learning Prayers and Teachings of the Catholic Church at home. They may then recite them at the Prayer Station to earn faith-focused prizes or to earn coins for our "Prayers for the Poor" collection. Here's a link to the Prayers and Teachings.
In our parish, students attend monthly Confirmation classes taught by Fr. Bruce beginning in the fall of their 9th grade year (or older) with the Confirmation Mass being celebrated in October of the following year. The Confirmation Mass for those currently in classes is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018, at 2:00 PM. A link to the class calendar is above under "Calendars". The study guide and tests are below:
Test #1 (to be taken Dec. 10)
Test #2 (to be taken Jan. 7)
Test #3 (to be taken Feb. 4)
Test #4 (to be taken March 4)

Faith Formation Volunteer training and background check forms
All volunteers who work with children and youth must be trained by reading the Diocese of Bismarck Code of Conduct and then must submit a signed Acknowledgement Form.
You will find them on the diocesan website at these links:
- Diocese of Bismarck Code of Conduct (please read this)
- Acknowledgement Form (please sign and return this to the parish or Faith Formation office)
All volunteers over age 18 must also allow for a background check to be requested. This requires the completion of two forms. Please return the completed forms to the parish or Faith Formation office.
- Child Abuse and Neglect Inquiry
- Background Check Release Form
- This page is for your information only and does not need to be returned to the parish
Thank you for your commitment to the children of our parish.
